I’ve seen many people take leadership roles in my organization but they’re really only managers who don’t really inspire others or offer leadership. I’d like to know for myself what the difference is so that if I’m called to provide some leadership I don’t just try to manage.

I have been receiving your emails for about a year now. As a reader from overseas, I always enjoy and learn from the topics presented and the sage advice from others. As an individual who has in the not too distant past started a position where I now am supervising many others, I feel on a daily basis that I have been thrust into a leadership role with little training. I think that the leadership coaching club is a great idea and I would love to be able to use it’s advice and thoughts to augment my own leadership and supervisory practices. I would be a good investment!
